Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Mortgage Consumer Direct Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine customer financial objectives and provide customized loan solutions
• Coordinate with customers and third parties for information and document gathering
• Track and monitor loans throughout the loan life cycle and collaborate with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Experience in home lending products, including mortgages and home equity loans
• Knowledge of loan origination systems and credit policies
• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal departments
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday shifts
