Key Responsibilities

• Determine customer financial objectives using needs-based sales processes
• Review lending needs and provide customized loan solutions that conform to credit policy

• Experience in home lending products, including mortgages and home equity loans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments such as loan processing and underwriting
• Proficiency in loan origination systems
• Strong understanding of credit policies and loan commitments
• Ability to track and maintain an active referral base
