Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products
• Build rapport with borrowers and ensure a seamless transaction by collaborating with the operations team
• Manage a large pipeline using technology and maintain pre-established KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a related field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
• Familiarity with regulatory and legal compliance obligations in the industry
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM), and MS Office products
