Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products
• Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, ensuring a smooth application process and collaboration with the operations team
• Manage a large pipeline using technology and maintain pre-established KPIs while assisting with additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a related field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
• Understanding of regulatory and legal compliance obligations in the mortgage industry
• Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM), and MS Office products
