Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products
• Ensure a seamless loan application process by collaborating with the operations team
• Manage a large pipeline using technology and assist borrowers with purchase transactions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in Consumer Lending Sales or similar field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations and industry standards
• Intermediate computer skills including Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM), and MS Office products
