Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products
• Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, ensuring a smooth application process in collaboration with the operations team
• Manage a large pipeline using technology and maintain pre-established KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a similar field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations in the mortgage sector
• Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Encompass and MS Office products
