Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products
• Ensure a seamless loan application process by collaborating with the operations team
• Manage a large pipeline using technology and maintain pre-established KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a similar field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Encompass, Velocify, and MS Office products
