Job Summary

Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Texas Licensed Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive referral volume and revenue
• Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring excellent client service

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong time management and strategic thinking skills
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum of 3 years of success in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
