Texas Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prequalify clients and discuss financial options
• Complete LPII checklist on all files and ensure timely submission to processing
• Communicate loan approvals and manage client relationships throughout the transaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related mortgage experience in processing, underwriting, or origination
• Must be registered and licensed through NMLS or willing to obtain within 3 months
• Experience with Texas loans, especially DPA, is preferred
• Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and major origination systems
• Must be dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work 40 hours per week
