Texas Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to support a top-producing Mortgage Loan Originator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for a high-producing Loan Originator
• Manage loan applications and files from initial disclosure through closing
• Analyze borrower documentation for accuracy and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS license (Texas required)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer
• Hands-on experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and loan structuring
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline effectively
