Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Residential Mortgage Loan Partner/Loan Officer Assistant (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Loan Officers throughout the loan lifecycle from application to closing
• Manage borrower communication, realtor relationships, and coordinate with third parties
• Gather and verify documentation for accurate loan packages and track pipeline milestones

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential mortgage experience in a Loan Partner or Loan Officer Assistant role
• Experience in a broker or correspondent model preferred
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM products
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Encompass preferred
