Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner/Loan Officer Assistant (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Loan Officers throughout the loan lifecycle from application to closing
• Manage communication with borrowers, realtors, and third parties while ensuring timely documentation
• Track pipeline milestones and clear conditions to deliver compliant files to Closing on time

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of residential mortgage experience in a Loan Partner or LOA capacity
• Experience in a broker or correspondent model is preferred
• Solid knowledge of various mortgage products including conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Encompass is preferred
