Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key milestones of loan files and maintain communication with borrowers and third parties
• Support Loan Officers in gathering and verifying borrower documentation for underwriting
• Track active loan pipelines and ensure all deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recent residential mortgage experience, preferably as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Partner
• Deep understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loan products
• Proficiency in LOS systems, with Encompass preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
