Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its Texas Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely flow and meeting closing dates and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans; USDA/Bond/Jumbo preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
