Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support their Texas Region in processing residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant flow through the process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans; USDA/Bond/Jumbo preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
