Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage loan files from application to funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
• Submit loans for initial decision and fulfill necessary conditions for closing
• Communicate with borrowers and collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Funders throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Mortgage Processing or a similar field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry and applicable regulatory compliance
• Intermediate working knowledge of Encompass and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Proficiency in calculating income from salaried and self-employed borrowers
