Texas Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files from application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
• Review loan applications and gather necessary documents to support the loan approval process
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Funders to meet loan submission and condition timelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage Processing, specifically in Purchase and Jumbo loans
• Strong working knowledge of Encompass and familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
• Knowledge of TRID and compliance regulations
