Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its Texas Region by ensuring accurate and compliant processing of loan files.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely flow and compliance throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans; USDA/Bond/Jumbo preferred
• Familiarity with Byte is helpful but not necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
