Job Summary
Experienced Texas Licensed Loan Processors will find a full-time opportunity focused on processing residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing a pipeline of loans in a dynamic office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process various types of residential mortgage loans, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Obtain and review necessary loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval
- Communicate effectively with loan officers, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of retail loan processing experience, particularly with FHA/VA and Conventional loans
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Byte software is helpful but not necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
