Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Texas Licensed LPC-Associate will provide virtual individual therapy sessions, conduct intake assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans while collaborating with care teams to enhance client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas
• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Active Texas LPC-Associate license
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records
• Fluent English communication skills
