Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Lung Transplant Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments of patients
• Develop and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care based on patient assessments and needs
• Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and medications while ensuring effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing required
• 3 to 4 years of Medical/Surgical or Intensive Care experience
• Current Texas RN license or Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
