Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based non-symptomatic support and care coordination for patients
• Schedule and adjust appointments, process patient requests, and route messages within the EMR
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and service excellence

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program
• Texas LVN license
• 3+ years in direct patient care or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and nursing standards
• Basic PC skills including Windows Operating System
