Job Summary

To support a high-volume clinical call center, the full-time Texas Licensed LVN/LPN will manage inbound and outbound patient interactions during night shifts, providing real-time health monitoring, triaging alerts, and delivering timely interventions while utilizing AI tools for enhanced productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound telephonic patient interactions, conducting 70 to 90 calls per day
• Monitor and respond to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) alerts in real time, escalating concerns as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate effective patient care and perform monthly wellness assessments

Required Qualifications

• Active compact LVN/LPN license required
• Proficient with computers, EMRs, and telehealth tools
• Demonstrated AI fluency with experience using tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Comfort with performance-based metrics and accountability to targets
