Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide artificial intelligence initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Machine Learning Engineer will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, ensuring responsible AI practices while working remotely within Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee AI model lifecycles, including training, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance of production-quality machine learning models
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring, focusing on security and scalability
  • Promote responsible AI practices and ensure alignment with institutional standards and best practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering; three years with a Master's degree, one year with a PhD
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining machine learning systems in production environments
  • Experience in developing MLOps pipelines and custom machine learning algorithms
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
