Texas Licensed Managed Care Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Contract Analyst to support analytical and reporting activities within Clinical Revenue & Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, implement, and maintain complex contracts within Epic for accurate reimbursement calculations
• Produce qualitative and quantitative analyses to support revenue cycle and managed care functions
• Engage with internal customers and collaborate with various teams to maintain data accuracy and improve processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a healthcare discipline
• Minimum of three years of experience in reimbursement or decision support, or five years in accounting, analysis, or financial reporting
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certifications within 180 days of hire
• Hands-on experience with maintaining managed care contracts and contract modeling in Epic
• Preferred Master's degree in related fields and additional certifications in Healthcare Analytics or Revenue Cycle Management
