Job Summary

Leading a high-performing lemon law and consumer litigation team, the full-time Texas Licensed Managing Attorney will oversee legal staff, manage complex caseloads, and drive team performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage attorneys and legal staff
• Oversee lemon law matters from intake through resolution
• Handle negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar license
• 10+ years of lemon law and/or consumer litigation experience
• Prior law firm leadership or management experience
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
