Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Consultant - Tech & Impl.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional strategic guidance for project planning, system architecture, and overall solution design
• Advise Project Leads on best practices to enhance project outcomes and solution feasibility
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, functional, and technical teams in a client-facing role

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Certification in at least one SAP HCM or SuccessFactors module
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system implementations or solutions architecture
• Expertise in implementation of SuccessFactors modules and SAP Integration
• Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources industry best practices
