Job Summary
To support strategic growth in Texas, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Market Development Director will initiate contact with prospects, nurture leads through the sales process, and build enduring relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Initiating contact with prospects through cold calls and outreach efforts
- Following up with prospects at various stages of the sales process to ensure their needs are addressed
- Effectively presenting and demonstrating the value proposition of products and services to potential buyers
Required qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to build relationships and trust
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, research, and networking
- Experience in managing extended sales cycles and addressing client needs
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
