Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Medicaid Caseworker, the full-time remote position will manage probate and estate functions for Medicaid beneficiaries, including case intake, claims review, asset investigation, and settlement negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with attorneys, court staff, and clients to manage case workflows effectively
- Prepare correspondence and documents to progress cases towards recovery
- Conduct follow-ups on case status and negotiate claim/lien settlements
Required qualifications

- Experience in a legal office, Medicaid office, or similar environment
- Background as a paralegal, legal assistant, or county caseworker
