A company is looking for a Remote Medical Benefits Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls assisting patients
• Provide exceptional customer support regarding prescription benefits and verify insurance information
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal health care program guidelines while multitasking across internal systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in or near Irving, TX
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and wired modem access required
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology are a plus
