Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Medical Benefits Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete outbound calls to provider offices on behalf of patients
• Verify medical necessity criteria and coverage guidelines for prior authorization
• Prepare and submit prior authorization requests to insurance companies or pharmacy benefit managers

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and reimbursement benefits
• Experience interacting with doctors, patients, and insurance companies
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
