Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager (Workers' Compensation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic outreach for assessment and follow-up, coordinating care for injured workers
  • Conduct and document initial assessments, maintaining regular contact with all parties involved
  • Review case records, evaluate medical statuses, and coordinate timely return-to-work plans


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; higher education in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Current, unrestricted RN, LPN, or CCM license required
  • Three or more years of clinical experience, with two years in medical case management preferred
  • Knowledge of utilization management and quality improvement
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
