Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager (Workers' Compensation).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic outreach for assessment and follow-up, coordinating care for injured workers
- Conduct and document initial assessments, maintaining regular contact with all parties involved
- Review case records, evaluate medical statuses, and coordinate timely return-to-work plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; higher education in Nursing or related field preferred
- Current, unrestricted RN, LPN, or CCM license required
- Three or more years of clinical experience, with two years in medical case management preferred
- Knowledge of utilization management and quality improvement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
