Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply CPT-4 and ICD-10 codes by translating dictated pathology reports accurately and timely
• Respond to coding discrepancies and collaborate with the accounts receivable department regarding payor denials
• Perform various clerical functions and special projects as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Active and unrestricted AAPC CPC license
• 2+ years of experience in medical coding
