Job Summary

To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time Texas Licensed Medical Records Paralegal will manage the processing and retrieval of medical records and billing requests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track medical records and billing requests from attorneys
• Communicate with providers and team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
• Organize and manage files, maintaining an efficient filing system for all documentation

Required qualifications

• College degree or paralegal certificate required
• 1 year of experience in the legal or medical field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous work experience in a law firm is a plus
