Job Summary
To support Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, the part-time Texas Licensed Medicare Consultant will manage inbound calls, provide quotes, and ensure excellent customer service while working fully remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and appointments regarding Medicare Part D Plans
- Support new business and conduct annual reviews for an existing book of business
- Identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience
- Active Accident/Health Insurance License in the state of residency
- Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
- Demonstrated proficiency with sales systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
