Texas Licensed Medicare Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance agency, the remote Texas Licensed Medicare Outreach Specialist will engage with Medicare beneficiaries through outbound calls to educate them about benefits, secure appointments with licensed agents, and maintain high productivity and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a predetermined goal of outbound calls daily to educate beneficiaries and schedule appointments
• Maintain a consistent level of productivity and enthusiasm while developing a conversational style during calls
• Engage effectively with members to determine their needs and anticipate objections while tracking follow-up tasks

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of successful Medicare telesales or telemarketing experience in a call center setting
• Proven ability to meet quotas in a telesales or call center role
• Excellent communication skills and a good memory for explaining services to beneficiaries
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, including occasional hours outside regular business times
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred, with bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages preferred
