Job Summary
Leading Medicare Stars quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Medicare Program Manager will manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies to enhance Medicare Star ratings.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with corporate and health plan teams to develop and implement Medicare Stars quality improvement programs
- Manages and executes Medicare Star ratings programs, monitoring key performance indicators and outcomes
- Serves as the subject matter expert for Medicare Stars, providing recommendations and facilitating process improvements
Required qualifications
- At least 6 years of Medicare Stars program and project management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Star ratings and quality improvement programs
- Advanced knowledge of quality metrics and performance standards
- Experience with government-sponsored programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
- Strong project management experience and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
