Texas Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls from prospective members, providing consultations on insurance needs and guiding them through product selections while achieving sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to assist prospective members and convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales
• Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services
• Complete enrollments over the phone while adhering to product requirements and maintaining accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
• Current and active Health Insurance license in the state of residence
• 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health insurance license or a bachelor's degree
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekends
• Current residence in Texas, Tennessee, or Kentucky
