Job Summary

To support a growing network of midlife providers, the remote contract Texas Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients and assess symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause
• Develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications when clinically appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation while adhering to clinical and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Texas
• A minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including prescribing hormone therapy and other medications
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits
