Texas Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, Texas Licensed Mental Health Counselors will conduct virtual counseling sessions, manage client assessments and treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working remotely as independent contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management services as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to ethical and legal guidelines
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field with current state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Experience using telehealth platforms for virtual sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
