Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, Texas Licensed Mental Health Counselors will conduct virtual counseling sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working remotely as independent contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management services as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, and current state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions
