To enhance AI-generated career guidance for mental health professionals, the part-time hourly Texas Licensed Mental Health Practitioner will evaluate career-related questions, write expert responses, and develop evaluation rubrics in a fully remote freelance role.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from mental health professionals and provide expert insights
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect grounded career guidance
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counselor, Psychologist, or Social Worker
• Strong understanding of mental health career paths and Texas licensure requirements
• Experience mentoring or advising other professionals is a plus
• Excellent written communication skills for conveying complex professional knowledge
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
