Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Texas Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video, manage a diverse caseload, and utilize digital tools to enhance client outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy through video sessions while maintaining a full clinical caseload
- Assign digital lessons and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor progress between sessions
- Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer reviews to continuously improve therapeutic skills and approaches
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT
- Experience managing clinical crises and risk as needed
- Familiarity with telehealth services and video communication tools
