Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Account Executive (DSCR & Investor Loans).

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate DSCR and SFR investor loans while focusing on client relationships and growth
• Build and manage a portfolio of investor clients and referral partners
• Collaborate with operations and underwriting teams to ensure efficient funding processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience originating DSCR and investor-focused loans
• Strong understanding of DSCR metrics and investor underwriting
• Experience with LOS/CRM systems and managing investor files
• Knowledge of underwriting standards and loan structuring best practices
• Highly motivated and organized self-starter capable of working independently
