Seeking a Texas Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time role will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while working remotely in the Houston, TX area.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company goals and improve employee performance
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and maintain strategic client relationships

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
