To drive profitability and operational success, the full-time Texas Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee sales and business development, manage employee performance, and assist clients in obtaining residential mortgage loans while working remotely within the Austin Metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train top talent to enhance team performance
• Monitor loan quality and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Personally originate loans by analyzing customer financial information and negotiating terms

Required qualifications

• Active Texas Mortgage Branch Manager license
• Proven experience in mortgage sales and business development
• Strong leadership skills with experience in employee coaching and performance management
• Ability to analyze financial information and determine loan qualifications
• Familiarity with compliance regulations related to mortgage lending
