• Oversee all branch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Recruit top mortgage professionals and maintain strategic client relationships to achieve sales targets

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
