Job Summary

Texas Licensed Mortgage Closer, a full-time position, is responsible for efficiently closing real estate mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing of loan documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-closing reviews of loan documents and verify data integrity
• Manage a personal pipeline of loans to ensure timely closure according to service level agreements
• Prepare and deliver Closing Disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of recent mortgage closing experience required
• Proficiency in preparation and review of GFE, LE, HUD-1 Settlement Statement, and Closing Disclosure
• Active Notary in the state of Texas preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of regulations such as HMDA, Regulation Z, and Texas Constitution requirements for Home Equity financing
