Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Assist borrowers in selecting appropriate loan products that meet their financial needs
• Take complete and accurate loan applications and collect necessary documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role
• Active NMLS license and compliance with state licensing requirements
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Proficient with mortgage software and CRM systems
