Job Summary

Texas Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in closing loan packages in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful loan transactions
• Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, and generate new business opportunities
• Create personal relationships with clients and provide information about mortgage products

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer
• Licensure with the NMLS in Texas
• Experience with Encompass is required
• Willingness to participate in a weekend on-call schedule rotation 1-2 times per month
• Intermediate understanding of loan program guidelines and various types of loans
